DIRECTOR & MASTER COACH
Danielle Fagan
Danielle is passionate about coaching. After earning an MBA and spending 10 years in corporate America, she decided to pursue her love of the game, competition and share it with others. Taking what she learned on the soccer fields, in the classroom and in the business world, Danielle has created programs to help soccer players become better athletes and all-around successful people in their pursuits beyond the field.
In addition, she also runs a coaching business Danielle Fagan Coaching for anyone 18 and older. Danielle draws on her experiences growing up as a multisport and current endurance athlete, and being an entrepreneur to help people reach their goal while having a winner's mindset. Her coaching focuses on creating champions in sports, business, wellness and life.
A player and coach at many levels, she has over 30 years of experience. A native of Massachusetts, Danielle participated in youth soccer as a member of local club teams, ODP and the Bay State Games. She continued her playing career at Division 1 Villanova University, where she captained the team in her final season. While in graduate school at Villanova, Danielle served as an assistant coach for the women's team for three seasons, and as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for both the men's and women's soccer programs, as well as other varsity sports during her last year of study.
Upon graduation and entry into the workforce, Danielle began to coach with Lower Merion Soccer Club. She has worked with many other local clubs. She has also been on various local and national staffs for camps and academies.
In addition, Fagan was the Head Coach of the Conestoga High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team from 2004 through 2010 where she compiled a record of 116-15-5, as well as 5 League Titles, 1 District Title and 2 State Championships and a National ranking of 21. Danielle also spent a year as the Assistant Director of Coaching for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer where she oversaw the coaching education program.
Fagan's programs motivate, inspire, empower, and educate coaches, professionals, student-athletes and organizations to achieve peak performance and build successful championship teams and leaders through life lessons from sports. And she is a marketing executive for North America's largest online health and wellness company.
In her free time, Danielle continues to challenge herself off the field as a triathlete and competitor. In February of 2007, Fagan hiked to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa, completed the Philadelphia Marathon in November 2010 as well as Ironman 70.3 Atlantic City in September 2018 and Ironman 70.3 Augusta, Georgia in September 2019 among other races.
She frequently shares her own experiences with players to convey her philosophy. On the same trip to Africa in 2007, Danielle visited an orphanage to donate soccer gear and equipment and play soccer with the children; and as part of her marathon training, Danielle raised over $1,600 for the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of her grandmother.
